Activity – You are reviewing your BSA daily log and you believe one of the members listed is exempt from filing but your are not sure. In order for you to determine if you need to file a CTR you must go out to the Update Membership info screen and determine if the flag has been set to exempt. Time consuming, to the least.
Solution – List on both the daily BSA report and the log if the member has been exempted out of filing so you can see immediately that the account does not require a CTR. This is a current project and is expected to be completed by spring of 2013.
